Fourth graders have been experimenting with a very open-ended approach to art called design-thinking. Design-Thinking is completely student directed and allows students to use higher order thinking and creative problem-solving skills. Students were presented with a challenge to create a design that showed movement. They could choose to work in 2-D or 3-D.
